Yodalys Muñoz y Carlos Arancibia

Factor Gente Consulting was born as a dream of its Directors, Carlos and Yodalys, who in 1975 and 1982, respectively, entered a beer and malt production plant located in the City of Maracaibo, Zulia State, in Venezuela, Modelo Brewery. They held various positions and together they experienced a wonderful journey of achievement.

Carlos, given his particular skills, inclined his career to processes associated with personnel administration, union management, collective bargaining negotiations, and labor conflicts, among others of great importance for the management of people; while Yodalys leaned towards the processes associated with the education and training of personnel.

From 2001 onwards, their careers and professional experience, as well as strategic changes in the organization, led them to occupy positions in the Polar Companies Corporation.

Carlos gained experience in the management and direction of culture integration processes, collective bargaining of businesses, development of management work teams, strengthening of operations, and maintenance of the supply chain.

Yodalys, on the other hand, was dedicated to the management of the processes of attention to organizational changes, training, and education for all groups of positions of the corporation, as well as the identification, development, and retention of talent, according to the educational and competency model established in the organization. She strengthened herself as an internal facilitator, tutor, mentor, and organizational coach.

Sometime before and preparing for the welcome of their retirement, Carlos and Yodalys met and began to materialize the dream that many years ago they had imagined. In 2018, they formed Factor Gente Consulting whose purpose is to make available to Latin American companies and their people, the knowledge and experiences acquired, through an interesting portfolio with a special focus on work teams.
