Developing Leaders and Superior Performance Teams (LEDS)

It is a program to accompany Leaders and their work teams so that they evolve to Superior Performance, promoting their autonomy, responsibility, effectiveness, and individual and collective performance. All of this is based on theoretical models, development variables, and diagnoses of the initial situation and progress; as well as tools, intervention techniques, training, and human change, which ensure the success of these two important roles in the organization.

The development of the team’s superior performance is fulfilled through 10 variables that allow the members to evolve to this competitive capacity; while in the Leader it is achieved through 7 variables that enhance their management and skills in their role as a driver of others.

The ESD accompaniment program is planned in 4 phases:

Preparation: This allows you to determine the existing situations in the team to start the accompaniment process.

Diagnosis: It is the execution of a series of observations, interviews, and measurements to determine the level of development of the team, the style of the leader, and the factors of teamwork and leadership.

Implementation of improvements: It is the analysis of the findings of the diagnostic phase together with the leader and the team to determine the corresponding improvement action plans and their implementation.

Follow-up: Allows you to review the progress of the improvement plan and determine the necessary corrective measures.

These phases are fulfilled through a plan agreed with the client, which is estimated to be executed in about 150 hours. Consultants with high experience and mastery in ontological coaching, NLP, and group dynamics, among other techniques are available to prepare and develop a plan suitable for the needs of each company.

Accompaniment is an intervention that affects the productivity and emotions of the team; It is a methodology that generates change and maintains it over time. It creates a fundamental working basis for self-knowledge, clear directions toward change, and the necessary rules of functioning as a sustainable team.
